Fishing in Connecticut waters is great fun – for young and old alike. The State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) stocks many Connecticut Lakes, Rivers, Ponds and Streams with a wide variety of fish species. Fish stocking is done several times a year at various locations.
