The Chester Annual Winter Carnival in Chester center celbrates in rain, snow or shine. Free. There will be food by local restaurants and the Chester Rotary, and street performers in the town center. The ice carving competition will take place in the parking lot behind 4 Water Street with judging. Spectators may vote for their favorite sculpture to win the "People's Choice Award." The "Chilly Chili Cook Off" will be held at the Chester Hose Company Fire House, 6 High Street. Parade up and down Main Street beginning at North Quarter Park, in the highly anticipated Chester Tractor Parade. Prize offered for best decorated tractor.
